Schedule of Events for March 20th thru March 23rd, 2025
WEDNESDAY
12 NOON: Registration and Gates Open for Tent Campers and RV Campers ONLY
HILL COUNTRY RIDEs / 3 SISTERS RIDE on your own for the day.
5:00PM: Ride to 11th Street Cowboy Bar for STEAK NIGHT, bring your own steak and cook it on their open pits, sides available. Live Music, cold beer, and country music dancing. Texas SportBike Moto Rallies will have tables reserved for 40 people. Look for Lanelle & Lori in the TSMR Staff Shirts.
THURSDAY
8:00 AM: Registration & Gates Open
DJ Music Begins- (First Song-AC/DC THUNDERSTRUCK)
All Vendors Open for Business/All Bars Open, Inside and Outside
9:00AM: Poker Run Registration Opens – POKER RUN STARTS NOW & YOU CAN RUN IT TILL 2:00 SAT. MUST DRAW CARDS @ STAGE 2PM TILL 2:30 PM SATURDAY. High Hand-$500 and Low Hand $100 cash prize for each.
5:00PM Gates Open to Community and General Public for "Rally Experience"
5:30pm Cowboy Kenny and His Team take us on a Adrenaline Rush with their Aerial Motorcycle Show wowing everyone with their awesome Talent.
7:30-9:00PM: Live Music on the Summit Stage: “TBD”.
9:00PM All Minor and All "Rally Experience" Arm Banded Attendees must EXIT
* 21 and up have option to purchase complete Rally Passes to remain on premesis.

1:00-1:30AM: Homemade Bikini Contest on the Summit Stage. BIKINI CONTEST WINNER GETS $100 (Ladies bring materials to make your homemade bikini. Tape, cardboard, caution tape, plastic or whatever else you can think of to make that winning homemade bikini.)

8:30 AM: Morning Hill Country Ride/ Ridesmart Motorcycle School Guided Ride. Sign-up for Three Sisters Guided Ride will be at the Registration trailer at the front of the park. FREE!
8:45AM: Safety briefing for Three Sisters Guided Ride at the Registration Trailer
9:00AM: CMA Blessing of the Bikes, Kick Stands Up. Three Sisters Guided Ride begins.

6:45-7:00PM: Opening Ceremonies, Presentation of Colors and Welcome by The Honorable Mayor of Bandera.
7:00-8:30PM: Live Music on the Outdoor Summit Stage: “TBD”
7:00-1:00AM: "VIP Summit Shack" opens, side stage. Some of our lucky guests will be pulled from the crowd to party backstage at the Summit Shack where you’ll drink and eat free and see the show up close and personal. VIP armbands are available for purchase also. $150 for Friday and Saturday night of the rally, from 7pm- 1am during the evening concerts, includes entry armband, Free Alcohol and Food and VIP access benifits

8:00 AM: Poker Run Registration Begins (SEE POKER RUN MAP within the APP)
MUST DRAW HANDS FROM 12:00PM TO 2:30PM @ THE SUMMIT STAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU MUST BE IN LINE NO LATER THAN 2:30PM TO DRAW CARDS
1:45-2:15 PM: Bike Audio Contest. Gazebo/Bike Show Area
2:30-4:00 PM: Field Events in front of the Summit Stage – Bike Games hosted by the Emcee.
4:00-6:00 PM: BIKE SHOW in the Gazebo Area. Trophies awarded to all winners.
5:30-5:45 PM: Summit Stage: Best Beard Contest
6:00-6:30PM: Tattoo Contest (Men and Women’s Category)
6:30-7:00PM: Announcements and Awards: Summit Stage by Emcee; Poker Run, Bike Games, Bike Show.
6:45-7:00PM: Summit Stage: Tribute, Honor and Thank You to all our Military Veterans and First Responders, past and present. We ask all to meet in the Summit Shack, side stage at 6:30PM then you will be escorted onto the stage.
